Established in 1998, Bay Ridge Preparatory School is a nonprofit, coeducational, college-preparatory and independent day school that serves students in kindergarten through grade 12. The school has an annual enrollment of more than 320 students. Its academic curriculum includes classes in art, music, English, history, math, speech and physical education. Bay Ridge Preparatory School also provides counseling session. The school offers several sports activities, such as baseball, basketball, hockey, softball, volleyball, and track and field. It also maintains a parent-teacher association that assists students, parents, teachers and other school personnel to foster student potential, enhance student achievement and prevent personal difficulties.
