Red Carpet Inn

I recently booked a room there, the lady gave me a deal for 189. for 7 days but she failed to tell me that they do not do refunds if you do not stay the whole time. I recently moved here and was uncertain when i was going to be able to get an apartment so to be safe i booked the room for 7 days. But after only a day i got accepted for an apartment so i asked if they could refund some of my money since i only stayed a night and they said they will see what they can do and they would call me back, its been 2 weeks ive been trying to call them they never called me back giving me the run around, the room was filthy the wifi does NOT work, the heater vents are disgusting so gross that i had to cover it from sight with one of the gross comfoters that had blood stain on it.

They was rude the room was dirty I asked for a frig and microwave the day I checked in they said they would get it I stayed a week and never got it. I asked for a non smokeing room and got a smoking
