Very slow, poor service, with no posting materials stocked on floor. Counter reps are not trained well, and were arguing with each other about stocking the post office supplies on the floor, as numerous customers could not find the post office supplies they needed and had to ask for them. When trying to file an insurance claim, I was told I would have to visit the claim center M-F, as it was a Saturday morning. What I was not told was the post office is the claim center, and the hours are only 10am-2pm M-F but closed for lunch from 11am-12pm. I was also not given the requisite claim form - PS Form 1000 to fill out. Customer service is nonexistent at this location. After waiting in line for 45 minutes, I got the brush off. Thanks USPS! Had I been able to choose zero stars to rate you, I would have gone with zero out of five.
