Todd arrived early and answered all of my client's questions and concerns. He seemed knowledgeable and easy to deal with as we moved from the roof to the store locations.

The inspector was on time, early actually, thorough, and extremely professional. He went through the exterior and interior of the house in detail, taking photos and documenting everything. I was also pleasantly surprised that he explained everything to me in simple terms, e.g. what sump pump is, how the heating system worked, etc. The report was comprehensive and was submitted to me in less than 12 hours after the inspection. Overall, a great experience.

Tod Whiting and his team made the inspection process simple, thorough and easy to understand for the clients. He explained everything in the inspection.
