        I recently moved to La from Texas. I was excited to try Maria's. I am sad to say that the food was absolutely awful and the service was even worse.

        The food is usually really good but the last few times we have been, the service has gone really down hill. I received a cold chimichanga. And another time I was with a large group of people and everyone was finished eating by the time my plate came out. I am hoping the service will start to get better again. I am not sure what has changed to make the service go down so much.

        A local favorite of ours

        My husband and I go here at least 2 to 4 times a month. About once a week. They have great food, but don't try going here right at noon, they get real busy. They are also very busy at dinner time about 6pm.
