Whispering Pines Community

The new management that lives and works here is ridiculous.... All they care about is their selfish needs... Instead of using some money to buy Salt to put down on the slippery ice roads in The development... They rather watch the kids Fall and slip and struggle to try to get on the school buses in the morning and don't get me started on the poor elderly... They can't even get out of their cars just to get the mail without being terrified of falling on the ice.... But it must be nice to be part of the management.... They get to remodel their office space from head to toe and they get to pick out there brand-new double wide trailer and put it on any lot they want... And it must be nice to come and go whenever they please.... The answer machine say the office hours are open from 8 AM to 4 PM... I have not yet seen anybody in that office at 8 AM on the dot... Maybe 8:15, 8:20 and that office is Close by 3:30 every day with a signs on the door stating that they're still open... Must be nice for the management to live here... But I personally don't recommend it... Especially if you like helpful courtesy people... They're too busy with their own things to help you....

The management team that lives in the community is not educationally equipped to run the office or handle the day to day expectations of the people who live there. The septic systems are overflowing all over the park and they don't fix it. I've been told by some of the people that live there that they are afraid to report it to the department of health, because they have been bullied into believing the management will have them evicted. The office staff will promise you the world and never deliver. They also tell your business to other people who live in the park. They keep NOTHING CONFIDENTIAL! They violate NY State Mobile Home Laws & don't even know they are breaking a law! They allow known drug dealers to live in the park. If your tempted to move to this Mobile Home Community do yourself a favor and steer clear!
