Be sure to get a quote in writing. I received a quote over the phone and then once the work was complete my bill was way off from the quote. Also I was told that they would take my hydrant and return it under warranty if it was defective. I told the representative I spoke with the date the hydrant was installed. The technician came and installed a new hydrant and took my old hydrant. I was billed 60 days later. The representative I spoke with originally stated there was no warranty and acted as though he had never made this statement. How else would I have know about a warranty if the representative had not mentioned this to me. Also this company installed this hydrant originally less than 2 years ago. This is one of the reasons I reached out to this company. Big mistake and I will not ever use this company again. Be careful unless you don't care to get ripped off.
