Luvz Nails

I am very annoyed. I went in for a gel
Manicure and they convinced me to get the dip nails instead. They said it would be better for my nails and it would last longer so I agreed. They charged me $45. I left feeling good because my nails really did look great but they started chipping 3 days later and by 1 week they were all chipped or cracked. AND to top it off they ruined my nails. I have been working on strengthening my nails and they were healthy and strong and now they are all broken and paper thin. I will not be going back there.

Terrible service I waited over an hour to get a nail fixed. Once I got my nail fixed the owner tired taking the broken nail off my finger. She was very rough and seemed to be rushing. She pried my nail off so hard she almost tore my real nail off in the process. My nail was bleeding the entire time. When I told her it hurt she gave me attitude. This place sucks. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Most terrible service ever!! Ripped me off and when confronted, they tried weasel in their way out of it. Worst experience of my life. I will never go back or recommend anyone ever

Good service. I had bacholerette event there. All the girls we're great. I had a blast!

The owner has been doing my nails for almost 10 years! I would and have let any other staff do my nails as well, everyone is excellent and professional. They don't mind fixing or repairing and taking any opinions! I've tried a few other places while they were closed last year and no where compared. I won't go anywhere else!

I have been following the proprietor for a long time prior to her owning her own salon.You can talk to her, tell her your concerns and she makes sure the other girls understand what needs to be done to satisfy you.i make appointments and as long as I arrive in a timely manner she is waiting for me.If she is extremely busy as is possible in the summer time she could be working on another client but let's me know she is running a little late so I have to wait. I have been late due to traffic and she has taken someone else, than the wait is a little longer but my fault not hers...All of us have busy lives and don't like to wait...she is one of few people I know who tries to satisfy everyone even if she can't. She is knowledgeable of her trade and does a great job. I would follow her if she moved again!!!

Terrible customer service and making an appointment is useless. Made an appointment for four people, showed up on time and several of us were made to wait over an hour, two of us didn't even get to go because the wait was so ridiculous. I asked the supervisor how long the wait would be for the last two people (after already waiting an hour) and the response was defensive and full of attitude. I asked what the point of making an appointment was and was told "exactly." If we would have just been told from the get go that appointments don't make a difference and/or received an apology or some acknowledgement of this unfortunate situation, it would have made a big difference. None of us will ever go back.

today was my first time in and i had a wonderful relaxing time other then the wait i would say its the best place iv ever been be sure to call ahead i will do that next time
