Security Public Storage

This storage facility is ideally located near downtown Bethesda. It is not the least expensive place to store things, but it is heated in the winter and air conditioned in the summer, which makes a big difference. It also has a very knowledgeable and quite helpful staff. RC

Clean storage areas, well-run. People at front desk are pleasant. Don't like increasing rates, but that's ubiquitous.

I have been a tenant here for a long time and I couldn't be happier. The customer service by the office staff is amazing and I love all of the amenities. The facility is very clean and welcoming. I highly recommend this as the best storage in Bethesda.

I have been a customer of Security Public Storage Bethesda for many years. I have multiple units with them. The quality of the management team makes this location without a doubt the best storage facility in the area. Their buildings are very clean, the temperature and humidity are kept very constant throughout the year, and the best part of all is that I feel secure every time I visit my units. I can assure you that it is not worth-it to waste your time with the competition.

I love the facility, the team running the place is amazing! I will recommend it to anybody that needs a clean, safe, and well run storage space to check them out.
The location is very central just outside the border line with the District of Columbia, near to Friendship Heights, Chevy Chase, and Somerset.

WHY does my new apartment still smell like rat poison? A year with PODS spraying their indoor tin warehouse units!

WHY am I still struggling with an overpayment-Because Public Storage thinks "what's mine is theirs" after they get access to your bank acct & their attendant processes move-out cash into their own pocket! Lots of PS storage confusion & underpaid staff who hate their jobs. Beware!

FIRST, great 'notices' at Security PS: Clean, ease of access, simple & secure bldg, different & varied cartsizes for carting back & forth, no make-your-life-more- difficult rules, large elevators & hallways, no blame corporate attitude & free bottle of water. WHO treats you like that?

Office is stocked with supplies & staff. Staff that gets up to show you around, discuss/look at your load & unit sizes available W/O OVERSELLING YOU!

LOVE varied sized units. It's unusual & key to saving $$. Staff knows it. I love that my small unit is a funky trapazoid with a sizeable opening. I can see everything upon opening! PRICELESS! With great incentive pricing to get out quicker!

We've had two storage units with Security Storage for the past year while we build a new house. It's expensive, for sure, but we really enjoy this company and the employees. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, and they always call us by name. The facility is very clean, secure, and climate controlled. There has been no issue with our belongings, and we can easily come and go to retrieve or store things (out-of-season clothes, my bulky real estate signs, skiis, suitcases, etc). We highly recommend Security Storage in Bethesda!
