This was the first time my husband and I ever used a car service to take us from Berlin to JFK. Micky was responsive and courteous and got us booked immediately which gave us the peace of mind we needed. While we were in London my husbands phone was stolen so we lost most of our itinerary info but I was able to find Micky’s info again and between not having great internet most of the time and being down a phone he still made it seamless for us to book a car from Newark back home Even though we had limited contact with him I was confident he would be there to get us. He is the consummate professional and just a super great guy. He even had chilled water bottle ready in the car. I not only recommend him with 5 stars we plan on using him again in the future. We needed transportation last minute for airport transportation, we called so many other Cab Co. but because its a last miniute booking everyone is asking for too much price, but thankfully we got Micky Cab Co and a very friendly and knowledgeable customer service person took care of all the transportation, one call and everything worked out great. If you need transportation these are the folks. highly recommended...
