Well they ask for a star.I had to give at least 1 star, this place should not even get that.I went there in march ,Ijust got my paper work today, end of july. they are rude ,they dont care about you at all. they did not even say sorry not at all.i see that the other review is what happpend to me word for word. i would stay away from that place.....................

Rude, incompetent, what more do you need to know? So I register my car there, or at least try to, and it took two hours which is annoying but slightly expected. I pay and get my plates and I'm on my way two hours later. Several days after I get a call from the owner claiming that he was on vacation and that he left his trainee in charge for the weekend and that he processed my information incorrectly. What's more is that he says a balance was still due. I understand that mistakes are made and I am generally a reasonable person. But when you call me to take yet more time out of my day and come back to that place to pay more money for a mistake that was not mine, I expect more than an apathetic and rehearsed apology. I understand that I have to pay a certain portion that goes to the state, but the notary and/or "processing fee" should have been eaten by them, or at least out of the trainee's pay, considering it was their mistake. I bought this up to them and all I got was another lethargic apology. Take your business elsewhere, the parking is terrible, and I know now why they are behind bulletproof glass over there. The State run license center in Neshaminy doesn't even have bulletproof glass, just a little food for thought.
