Pets Plus

This place is absolutely HORRENDOUS. The amount of neglect I witnessed on my visit to the store on 4/18/15 was a disgrace. There were two young ferrets that were BONE thin. There was a puppy who looked to have an infection/sore on his belly, poop on his paws, and labored breathing. There was a rabbit who has so much urine in its cage it had seeped onto its paws. Its attempts to clean itself were a failure, and there were urine burns on his back feet. I have pictures of all of this to prove it and I will be following up with this store to get it shut down.

Great friendly service & explains every thing, does not high pressure sales.

Great pet store. Just went in the other day to pick up some new fish for our tank. The staff was very knowledgeable about their selection and helpful with my decision. I was taken aback by the amount of exotic fish, considering how difficult in can be to find saltwater fish at pet stores nowadays. The sales associate who helped us was very informative and polite. I definitely plan on returning when I need supplies for my tank, or maybe even a new fish.

To the lady who took her sons dead hamster in. Are you F-ing serious? Why is it the responsibility of the pets plus employees to bury your sons dead hamster? Did you expect them to dig into the concrete behind the store? A good mother would have buried the hamster in the back yard and had a little ceremony, it's not the stores fault your kid was crying, it's YOUR fault. I happen to love this pets plus, they are super friendly and always load my heavy bags of dog food up for me, they also inform me of all possible discounts and always give away free samples of food and treats. Don't listen to idiot hamster mom, this place is great.

My little son's pet hamster died. My son asked me if we could take it back to the store so they could "bury him". I'd like to thank the idiot that works at the Pets Plus at the woodhaven shopping center who decided to shake the box that I had the hamster in at another co worker, when me and my son were walking out (Who at this point has tears running down his cheeks) and the fact that he saw it, made it worse. I hate stupid people and feel bad for people who act like that... Must be awful to not have good parents to instill some respect in them. I will never go back to that place. I am furious

Great store, in fact they all three stores in the area are very helpful. Most of the employees know their products and are able to give you sound advise. They have a great selection of natural and grain free products.

the people who work there are really nice. they actually care about pets and they do what they can to help you with your needs. i was there on a day that an employee called 3 different pets plus's to see if any had a certain product for a customer. i recommend them for sure. their dog food selection is good. WAY better than petsmart and petco because they have great natural dog foods.pets plus is the only place where i buy Verus for my dog (my dog was on beneful before and got a real bad rash on him and with their help my dog is doing amazing...oh and they informed me that beneful has CAR ANTI-FREEZE in it but its under propylene glycol.) all in all i give this place an A+ in my book.
