Incorporated in 1882, the Knights of Columbus is one of the largest Catholic family fraternal service organizations in the world. It organizes a range of community involvement and church support activities. The organization offers various membership options. The Knights of Columbus sponsors the Columbian Squires, which is a leadership training organization for men between the ages of 10 and 18. It maintains the Knights of Columbus Museum, which is a nonprofit institution that serves the educational needs of the general public. The organization s museum features exhibitions of artwork and history that represents the heritage of Catholicism. The Knights of Columbus hosts several conventions.
