As a previous customer in the late 90's, I wanted to hire them to install new garage door springs. When I called I was given an appointment and later called back and told that they did not want to service the I-10West/Katy area. This left me stranded and it was difficult to get service from other company as they were already booked. Ask lots of questions if you choose this company.
