Every time I have been their (probably 2 or 3) times they have been very courteous and nice to me I'm sure in their profession they have to be a little stern with some of the customers they get (not saying this to the ones on here that had problems) just stating that when I was in their they once had a real piece of work in their and they handles it very professionally. Anyway I have had good customer service their and also bought a nice computer there!

No way will I ever take a thing here. They are rude and act put out if they have to wait on you. Same scam they had going in Oldtown yrs ago, just gotten fatter and more ignorant!

All my girlfriend and I did was call to ask a couple questions and the guy was impatient, he was rude, and further more yelled at my girlfriend over the phone. I would rather sell my stuff to someone who is kind and respectful.

They could use a few lessons in customer service. I will not be going there again.

This pawn shop buys 1/4 sells for 3/4 what a rip off.......
