        Overall

        Had an appointment for an car inspection on Monday. Called for an update to arrange a pick up and each time i was told my vehicle was next. Called and complained on Thursday to the manager who was unsympathetic and said if im not happy come get my vehicle. Bad business. Poor customer service.
