DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I have NEVER been treated more unprofessionally before in my life. Mr. Lokeman previously did my taxes and I called the office with a simple request (asking if he could explain to my manager what I needed to do to change my taxes from VA to DC, since i live in DC) He told me very blatantly and with an attitude "NO" that he was too busy to explain anything and if the manager did not understand then he needs to go back to school. Then he hung up on me!



Sidenote- After researching, I found out I just needed to fill out a tax exemption form VA-4. It would have only taken 5 seconds for him to explain this to me (much less than berating me and hanging up)
