I absolutely LOVE this place. I have tons of friends who have recommended place that are much more affordable but I always find myself back. The cusomer service is the best and they are extremely patient and honest when assiting you with picking out frams. Thats major for a person who is indecisive. Lana is my absolute life savior when my classes broke and I thought there was no hope. I give this place 10 stars. If your looking for a nce pair of frams for eye glasses or sunglasses you have hit the jackpot,

The waiting time is ridiculous even with appointment. Had to wait for 40 minutes until I was seen by a doctor.

I'm always a little wary to try new doctors, but I trusted the reviews already written about this place and gave it a whirl. and i was pleasantly surprised. each member of their staff is friendly and professional. they are willing to work with you in whatever price range you are in and offer great feedback regarding the look of the glasses! it was truly a full service experience as i found the eye doctor very friendly and approachable before moving on to be led through the "sea" of eyeglasses by one of the women at the front counter. my new glasses were ready in 20 minutes, and their prices were great! I was truly impressed!

It was very quick to get my new frames, in about an hour. The lady behind the counter tried very hard to get "crazy glue' off of my lenses without damaging them and without making me feel like an idiot for using it to try to fix my frames myself. I use public transportation, and it was very easy to get to once I found out I should take the M2 from Mondawmin instead of taking the subway all the way up to Reisterstown Plaza. It was also more affordable than "Penn Optical" who advertised "affordable frames".
