Carroll Independent Fuel

Came here for a premium car wash numerous times but today my car wash washed on one side only. Went in to complain and store cashier was not even considering giving me my money back or a free car wash. Asked for manager or store owner number and he provides store number. I call and he looking dumb saying call after 12 someone be here. Took pictures of car and receipt. Will be here at 12 and not calling.
