I have been coming here for years. The staff are great. They do remind me of the old saying you get what you give. I hear about all the non call backs and people complaining about it. I have always emailed the tax preparer directly. I have seen the staff return attitudes as well as smiles. But overall I will never leave I have been treated like family.

On the recommendation of a friend I made an appointment with Mike Ross. I have been so disappointed with Mike Ross' service and professionalism and will NOT return to him again. The secretary is rude. Mike spent less than 20 minutes with my husband and I then did not return any of my calls or emails. I will find a new tax professional next year.

Secretary was rude and unprofessional. The lady who was helping me and my husband to file our taxes wouldn't return my calls. Me and my husband were very disappointed science we had such good preferences from good friend, I guess we didn't get the same luck.
