Dr. Pearce draws from decades of experience in providing expertise in shoulder, elbow, and hand reconstruction, as well as sports medicine and joint replacement surgery, at the centers Austin office. Orthopedic Associates also has locations in Round Rock, Cedar Park, La Grange, and Lockhart, Texas. Dr. Pearces solid foundation of medical education and training began with his medical doctorate at University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. He stayed in Dallas to complete a residency at UT Southwestern Medical Center.         Great experience

        I had an excellent experience with Dr. Pearce. He is a great surgeon- I had practically no pain after the procedure. Throughout the recover process he answered all of my questions and advised me as to my physical activities such as running, riding horses, and swimming. Very thorough and nice doctor.

        The Best Health Decision I've Made in the Last Ten Years

        Before knee surgery I was unable to do many things I enjoyed; biking, hiking, climbing. I am now able to do all these things and more. I no longer feel "disabled". I feel confident and sure of myself again. All thanks to Dr. Pearce's care. I am so very grateful to him and his staff for the excellent care I received during, surgery, recovery and post recovery as I visit with him on followup visits. Thank you again, Dr. Pearce!! You are my hero!! Many blessings to you!

        This was my first fall and broken bones in my life. It was very stressful for me. Dr. Pearce did a great job with the surgery and explaining everything to me. I had very little pain. I did have an issue due to my claustrophobia having to be confined to a cast. He understood and worked out a plan that I could be comfortable with. I had complete confidence in him. Healing went well, physical therapy went well, & Dr. Pearce continued to monitor me and encourage me.
