Travis Turner was my lawyer for my divorce and I was just telling someone the other day that I am glad he is not representing the opposition. Very knowledgeable, and professional and I knew after the first consultation that he was one of the best around.

I highly recommend Travis Turner! He did a great job representing me in my divorce . My daughter and I got exactly what we wanted out of it. His staffs were also very helpful. They are professional, attentive, compassionate, and always have your best interests in mind.

If there was ever a truer meaning in the saying that "you get what you pay for" then it's the work that Travis and his staff does...he's expensive but when you have so much at stake, why not get the best? In handling the modification of our divorce decree, attorney, Travis Turner, and paralegal, Andrea Gulley, were both cracker jacks. They were aggressive when needed, but always professional. I always felt confident in the advice that they offered. We came to Travis with a convoluted divorce decree in need of serious modifications. Despite the complexities of the case, Travis and Andrea were always fair and reasonable in spending their time earnestly and efficiently on our behalf. Throughout the process, they regularly kept in contact with us through phone calls, emails, and meetings, and they kept us aware of all the communication they had with the ex's attorney. We switched to Travis Turner midway through a child custody suit and he immediately took action and filed things that should have been filed by our previous attorney and researched and answered questions we had yet to get answered within the first two days of receiving the case. Looking back, the decision to change to Travis is what changed the direction of the whole case, which at that time was not very favorable for us. This was a very difficult case with numerous parties involved and Travis had the skill, knowledge, staff and expertise to pull it off. He kept us informed throughout the entire process and would send us copies of everything he filed and every response from the opposing party. He responded very timely to all of our questions and fears, was very honest and forthright about what we could expect and was always a step ahead of the opposing party. He and his paralegal, Denise, were very well prepared for trial and had thought out every possible scenario that could occur and had a well thought out strategy to counter. In addition, Travis and Denise truly had a vested interest in our case and the best interest of the child at stake. Throughout the case, there were times when fear would grip us, but Travis was always there to offer support and assurance. He understood the emotional roller coaster we were going through and was always able to make us feel more reassured and confident. In the end, we won our case and are forever grateful for the hard work and dedication of Travis Turner and his staff. I would highly recommend this law firm.

I can not say enough praises about Travis Turner and his paralegal Andrea Gulley!!! My divorce started out with a bad attorney. I called Travis to help me get out from under the previous attorney. Within 1 day I was in his office discussing options and what to do. From that point forward I never had any further worries. They quickly transferred everything under their firm and started resolving things as quickly as possible. My ex made things pretty nasty and costly due to silly and petty things. But Travis and Andrea pushed through and got me everything I wanted for me and my child. We worked for a fair deal for the well being of my 2 year old child. Travis Turner represented me in the precedings of my divorce/custody hearing. I found him and his firm to be very professional and found him to be extremely bright. The divorce/custody hearing was moved to a different State as expected but Travis laid the ground work for a successful outcome. His advice and expertise in the initial hearing benefited me till the end. I'm happy to say that I gained majority custody of my son by the end which is often difficult for a father to get. Travis represented my wife and I to modify a custody arrangement for our daughter in 2011. As a submarine officer in our Navy, I am trained to a high standard, take responsibility for all actions, and must have an extreme attention to detail. These are qualities that Travis and his firm do not exhibit.



1. Travis did not follow the Texas Family Code, which caused the need for a modified pleading. Despite his mistake, he did not take any ownership and wanted to charge us for the new modified pleading. Furthermore, Travis mentioned that it's not necessary to even follow the Family Code, which is ridiculous.

2. Travis is NOT aggressive, which is required and desired in family court. Stay away from this meek attorney. David Todd's law firm represented us after we fired Travis, and we got everything we wanted.

3. We even attempted to bring up our issues with the Senior Partner, Mr. Piper, in a certified letter. Our concerns weren't even addressed, which shows that Mr. Piper and Travis do not care about customer satisfaction.



If YP would allow it, I would give this firm 0 stars. They are a waste of time and money. Take my advice and stay away!

Travis Turner has been a huge asset for me and my kiddos during a very difficult time in my life. Emotions were so high and my husband had turned into this weird angry & resentful bully. Travis stood next to me the whole time and fought for what was best long term. There were many times I just wanted to be done and Travis would intervene on the behalf of my children and myself when I clearly wasn't in the best frame of mind. I'll never forget one of our final phone conversations. He called with the final settlement offer and said 'Aren't you glad you let me do my job?' YES...I am! He's great at what he does! Thank you Mr. Turner!
