Chrome Water Damage

After a three year tenant moved out of my rental, I went in expecting minimal cleaning to get the home ready to release. I was shocked to find water damage to the entire kitchen wood floor. To make matters worse it has been there for a while therefore moving into the living room area. The kitchen cabinets had wicked up so much water that the drawers were swollen shut. This was a family home so it hit me hard. I called Chrome and Shawn came right over. Shawn did a thorough assessment of the water damage and explain to me step-by-step everything that he would do from removing the floor to drying out and treating for mold. Shawn put me at ease with the process so that I was able to focus on the remodel. As I write this review I am having to use Shawn again. Shawn once again was out to me within 30 minutes and had an assessment and dryers in the house. I am 100% confident in my recommendation for chrome and Shawn Taylor!
