Austin Maytag Repair

NO STARS - NO STARS this place is a scam a rip off - does not exist. no office and according to cleaner at same location has never been a business there. they took my $50 service call then sent repairman who took my check and never came back with part - no will answer phone or return to fix washer. I too am extremely frustrated. We called police they would not assist. My only lead is account and routing number showing on back of my check!

This place deserves zero starts because they never sent a repairman!! They authorized my $50 service fee by cc and then never sent "Wade." When I called to inquire three different people answered my calls, sounded like a call center, but no one ever called me back or sent someone to my house. Tomorrow I'm marching right up to the location to demand an answer. If unsatisfied, I'm reporting them to BBB.
