Do NOT get your vehicle tinted here!!!! By FAR THE WORST job I’ve ever had on one of my vehicles. Bubbles 2 weeks later, debris caught in the film, they most of smoked a thousand cigarettes inside my vehicle during install to the point where I had to get it detailed. Ashes EVERYWHERE!! Terrible customer service. I will def see this owner in small claims court.

I've used this company many times before because they were recommend by my mother (rip). Never had an issue.
I recently went there to get my brand new car tinted. Not only did they scratch my vehicle in multiple spots they did a horrible job on the tint.
The tint is bubbled on back window( which he says will come out) with a horrible overlapping seam (because they used 2 pieces of tint instead of one)
Back side windows have gaps in the corners where there is no tint at all. Back window also has tint hanging off because it wasn’t cut properly.
Was told they would charge me another 170 remove tint on back window and replace with one piece. I was never informed about it being in 2 pieces.
Called and spoke to owner. Told me I should learn how to read and he isn’t a charity and then hung up.
Mind you I was never given paperwork or told verbally that said anything about using 2 pieces of tint on back window. Warranty is a sham! Refused to give anything in writing.
Horrible, horrible man that karma will get.

I am so glad that I found Auto Dogz. Now I know where to take my car if I have any problems with it. They know what is best for it.

HORROR SHOW!!! STAY AWAY!!The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I took my wifes car in for Tint on the two front windows. The guy at the front desk was extremely rude and ignorant. I look passed it because I thought maybe he was having a rough day.

I would know because I own a boutique car dealership. I understand the rigorous demands of particular clients.



In any case, he said he would be done in an hour. i figured I would get lunch next door at Legacy diner with my wife and kids. 3 hours later the tint was still not done. we waited in the smoke filled lounge area for our car to be finished.

I still kept my cool and wanted to give this Auto Dogz business the benefit of the doubt. I prefer to help out small local businesses.



When the car finally finished, it smelled like smoke. The tint was bubbling which is normal for the first few days. I have had a lot of my cars tinted over the years and this job looked very shifty.



Regardless, I would Again, give them another chance. They said call back in 7 days if the tint does not stick. I called back 10 days later. The tint on both windows bubbled and peeled off. The WORST tint job I have ever seen. I called Auto Dogz and they said read your warranty claim. You can bring it in but "you messed it up, so you are responsible!"



I hope my review sinks your business because you do not deserve any clients. Learn to treat people the way you would like to be treated. Unacceptable!

DO NOT GO HERE! They are really rude and arrogant, and wanted to charge me $160 to fix their mistake on my back window because of a failed explanation of a seem that just looks like crap. To get all of the windows tinted they wanted $170, why would you have to pay $160 to fix on window that they messed up? They then proceeded to ask me if i could read because they failed to explain about the seem that would be in the back window. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone!!!
