        Terrible Terrible Terrible, I called BOTH the MLK and the Howell Mill Walmart and everybody I spoke too seemed lost. How harrrrrrd is it to find a simple hairBRUSH????? I'm sure you have tools to help with the process or simply eyes to scan the area. I'm sure the HAIR BRUSH section isn't a massive wall of brushes. I was on hold for 30mins and seemingly counting to any normal functional person that was trying it shouldve been more than enough time to scan the area for the item. I called again SAME THING! And it was 7am in the morning, not like it was busy!!!!!! Pure ignorance and unprofessional.

        Just called Walmart & whoever is answering the phone wasn't competent enough to transfer me to the vision center so they left me on hold...called again same thing..3rd try they answered & said nothing...ridiculous. What ever happened to customer service? My rating for this store is a big fat 0!
