Vinings Cleaner

Horrible! Lost a pair of pants, denied and denied it - said I had them. They eventually found them.....then, ruined three shirts and handled it rudely and without resolve.



Stay away from this business.

I had used this cleaner for 8 years. There are less expensive cleaners but I like to stay loyal and kept with them. Sometimes they would make mistakes but everyone does,...i would just deal.

For the last 3 weeks however, we debated about a $150.00 custom shirt that went in but did not come back. They have a record of receiving it. . They insist I have it, I am certain I do not.

I suggested we compromise and they give me a $100.00 credit toward future dry cleaning. They would not. Shortisghted of them in my opinion. If you want a fairminded, honest, drycleaner do not use Vinings Dry Cleaners on Howell Mill .
