Employment Contract
We won a judgment after a bench trial in favor of an individual whose employer wrongly terminated him in breach of an employment contract for $245,465.50, which included his compensatory damages, prejudgment interest, and costs. We also won an award of attorneys’ fees and expenses of litigation against the defendants and their attorneys for $176,484.80.
Non-compete Agreement
We successfully defended a large manufacturer based in South Carolina against allegations that our client had stolen trade secrets from another large manufacturer and had wrongfully obtained a key employee in violation of a non-compete agreement. We achieved complete success for our client, and the case was dismissed.

Real Estate Litigation
Construction Litigation
We thoroughly investigate each construction dispute to determine whether errors, omissions, and breaches occurred, advise our client on how to proceed with the construction, calculate any damages caused to our client, properly allocate fault among the parties, and determine the best course of action for a recovery or defense. If litigation follows, we obtain the necessary evidence and work closely with fact and expert witnesses to achieve a successful settlement, arbitration award, or trial verdict for each client.
Landlord-Tenant Disputes
We represent parties in connection with commercial and industrial real property contract disputes, commercial lease and landlord-tenant disputes, nuisance and trespass, disputes regarding property rights, secured lending claims, lien claims, and construction disputes.
