i was in there for a root canal and crown. half the price of the others. i had no problems during my visit, no mistakes or issues. temporary crown came off, but its called temporary for a reason! I went back and had them put on a new one, no charge or fee either. This was back in November. My sister and friends have gone here, theyve never had a problem.

Dentist broke a tooth while pulling the tooth next to it. They refused to replace the damaged tooth and wanted me to pay for replacing it. I spent over $1200.00 on work including removing the tooth, I would not recommend this company to anyone

Thieves & Hustlers

My temporary crown fell off my implant. They tried to sell me on a total exam including panoramic x-rays before they could make a replacement. There was this one dude who was very adamant about selling extras. In the end it was coming up to $400. I wound up paying $59 .Nothing was done. I feel cheated but lucky.Note:Temporary crowns can be made in 10 mins with acrylic.

This company (based on our experience I feel it is a stretch to call them dentist ) lied to us over the phone when they told us that the initial exam cost would apply towards the cost of dentures. After we evaluated all our options we went with New Health company based mostly on price. What a mistake it turned out to be. Seemingly endless returns for corrections to the product and obvious inability to fix things in one visit. Then, the big lie we were told about the exam being included in the final price of the dentures. After many attempts to reach the owner ( no results) they would not even give us the persons name ( hence the "company name " I guess. I will know better next time and in the meantime I hope my experience with this " Dentist" will serve as a warning to others. Please pay close attention to the reviews on places like this since it seems to be our best protection against liars like these.

Thieves. I needed work done for either a filling or a cap. They provided a free consultation, which was great. They scheduled the appointment to get the work done. They told me the price difference in the filling or the cap and that they wouldn't know what needed to be done until they removed the old filling. Then they requested an up front payment for the cap, which was $235 more than the filling. Completely skeptical, I asked if I would be reimbursed on my card the difference if I didn't need the cap. They said the word "Yes". They did all my paperwork, and I before I signed, I asked again, "The reimbursement will go back on my card, correct?" Again, "Yes.". So, when I go back for the appointment, It turned out I didn't need the cap and only the filling. As I was leaving I said "Here's my card to get reimbursed." They said, "Oh, that money just gets credited to your next appointment." I said, "I don't want another appointment, I have a regular dentist. I just went here to save money." They said, "I'm sorry, that's just how we do it". Actually, they kept saying that, so I assume they deal with this often. Anyway, the better business bureau is aware of these actions and Im gonna make sure they are out of business by the end of the year. You can help by avoiding these scam artists.
