I am a female and was traveling through Atlanta around 4:00 p.m on a Friday afternoon. I had car trouble; an issue with the hose on my Volvo. The hose kept being blown off and my car would run hot. I was told the only people in Atlanta that would be willing and able to help were the Johnstons.

Not only did they build a part for me on the spot at quitting time on a Friday..... the owners insisted on following me 25 miles down I-85 to make sure my car was going to make it all the way back to Alabama.

Never have I had such customer service!
