My Guaranteed Auto experience has turned out well. When i bought the car I took it to the Infiniti Dealership in Roswell. Turns out Guaranteed Auto had spent close to 3 Thousand dollars on the car before I bought it.everything they told me was true.

they had a car that I really wanted to purchase. I must say that my experience with them was great! They had no problem with my husband [ a GM Master Tech] putting a scanner on the car that I wanted and inspecting it closely. They were efficient in getting the paperwork done. Gary was great to deal with. Their mechanic even went to the extent of endangering himself to stop traffic so that I could exit their lot safely. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again!

My Husband and I arrived to the dealer after been searching for cars for 2 weeks. The car looked exactly as it did online in the photos which was not the case at most dealers we shopped. They had the lowest priced car that was in the best shape. They had serviced the Honda which was nice they had their own service center on site.

We bought a Dodge Caravan from Mike about a week ago. He was very to the point which is what we liked the most. Got a good deal with none of the typical used car dealer.

My husband and I have been trying to buy a car for our daughter to go off to college in for about a month. We wanted to build up her credit and have been to many dealers to get financed. Every dealer wanted to sell us a car and give us a good deal. When it came time to finance the car they wanted me or my husband to buy the car and not put our daughter on the loan. This was the case everywhere we went and we were told no one one be able to help us. We saw an add for guaranteed auto and gave them a call. Not only did they get us a nice car ( 2002 Toyota Avalon ) but they got us financed with our daughter on the loan so she could build credit. We were a bit skeptical when we saw 100% approval but it was true. Our daughter loves her Avalon and we were happy about the financing part. Thanks a lot

I got a used car from Guaranteed Auto in November of 2012. The day I got it (05 Maxima) the transmission locked up. I was scared that I'd been scammed. I called them and the finance manager John arranged for me a loaner car. They sent my car to Nissan for repair. They came out of pocket $4100 to fix my car. I couldn't of asked for more out of a buy here pay here. THANK YOU!

I was on the way to work and I stopped into Guaranteed Auto. I was looking for a car for my daughter for back to school. It looked like they had many 5-10K cars to choose from. I was working with Chuck on a Ford Focus for her. He was very knowledgeable on cars in general so we began to talk about cars and I told him I was in the market for a Suburban LTZ or a Yukon Denali as well. I was a little hesitant and didnt want to get off track just because they are a used car lot and I was looking to buy a new car. He told me that they find cars for people all the time and he could probably save me 8-10K by getting me a demo or program car. For that kind of savings I was interested. He brought me inside to meet the manager who also buys all the cars. Nick the manager sat down with me and we discussed how it works and how he would help me get the exact vehicle I was looking for. I decided on a 2011 Yukon Denali XL and I wanted it fully loaded with as low of miles as possible.

From the time we pulled into the parking lot, Mr. Gary was there to greet and help us. He came out with a smile and a handshake. He wasted no time and helped us get into the car we wanted. As soon as I told him which car we were interested in (2003 BMW 745IL) he and his business manager worked so incredibly hard to put us in this car. His business manager did not allow the banks to tell him no. He tried to finance the car in a number of ways, to figure out which was going to be the best option for us. The several people that we worked with were willing to jump through hoops and fight all the odds to get us in the car of our dreams. Honestly, we knew that they would do anything in their power to send us home in a car, because my in-laws had previously dealt with Gary and Guaranteed. In any instance we will be car shopping again in a couple months for our daughter, we will begin with Gary and Guaranteed Auto. I gave this dealer a 5 on all topics because the experience was hassle free

I bought a 2006 Ford Focus station wagon last week. the salesman was courteous and very knowledgeable. The car lot had a variety of cars to choose from and each car was clean and ready to drive off the lot.

They helped me get a car and also helped with some minor flaws in my vehicle.

We had looked at many cars on Craigslist, and Auto Trader and were disappointed when we arrived that the cars were not as advertised or were in terrible condition. This was not the case a Guaranteed Auto. We dealt with Mike as our sales person and he was very helpful and understood our budget and helped us get into this Grand Prix for our allowed budget. Very little paper work to do which was nice. While we were doing that they had thier detail guy wash the car for us. It was already clean but it was nice of the additional effort. We would highly reccomend these guys to anyone who is looking for a good car at a cheap price. Thanks again Mike.

They worked with me, and their prices are lower than other places on Buford Hwy or Marietta....they have cars with low miles, and you can get the carfax for free online !!!! they dont hide anything!!! they even show you the screen!!! also, my car was making a funny noice afer I bought it, and it wasnt major, but they fixed for me when I dind't purchase any warranty !!! they worked with me to fit the payments into my budget !!! and the sales lady made me feel like a preson at all the times, I mean...when you go to these big franchise dealers and you say your credit is not ok, they treat you like if you are waisting their time !! well....Carol summited the application with the bank and I got approved!! in the meantime she made me laugh to dead !!! I am a Happy customer !!! Thank you Guaranteed Auto !!!!!
