I am stuck relying on them to simply ship a generator to my location Where I am stuck with three kids in an RV in a very hot environment. They have neglected to ship it for four days finally today they made a fed ex label - I guess they had an extra minute between their useless meetings and doing nothing! Unbelievable- I can get a house full of furniture shipped overnight from Amazon and they can�t ship one thing that they specialize in. It�s not brain surgery. I only gave one star because I had to.
