As far as my experience is concerned, I've been pleased with my time at CB. It has proven to be an extremely profitable company. I've been here for a couple of years now and haven't had any issues with my compensation, hours, or management. Don't get me wrong, it can definitely become stressful when deadlines have to be met, but I wouldn't change that for the benefits of working here. I felt an urge to leave this review after reading the one left by Truckloadbunch. I didn't want his bad experience to reflect poorly on the company I represent as an employee. Hope this helps.
