Steven Delonga, the head of this scam, is now apparently in hiding. This company defrauds buyers and stiffs subcontractors. Hopefully they will be prosecuted on RICO counts. One of the worst ever.

Do not do business with this company! We were working with two of their 'realtors', Chris Brady and Brian Mcclure, who ended up secretly purchasing the property we were interested in buying. They then convinced us that there was a bidding war with the original seller and resold it to us for a significant profit. These agents are not looking out for your best interests and will take advantage of you!
