For years I was moderately satisfied with ALC (but by no means entirely), but recently I had a VERY poor encounter utilizing their services in conjunction with service of process in a case in which I was counsel for the plaintiff (I have been a civil litigation attorney for 16 years). In short, when I expressed dissatisfaction about what I perceived to be multiple failures to timely/effectively communicate regarding an important service issue, my concerns were completely disregarded and one of [or THE] owners/officers was EXTREMELY rude and, perhaps most disconcerting of all, told me that I should no longer do business with ALC rather than address or discuss the problem like adults. Utterly unacceptable and I would HIGHLY DISCOURAGE anyone from utilizing ALC's services!
