Ilias Stefou is a master crook. He comes off with a polite demeanor, he promises you the world and sounds like an expert, gives you a reasonable quote then soon after you have contracted with him, she starts to squeeze more money out of the customer, makes excuses and the professionalism is vanished. He does not pay his workers, (some were taking photos of my home so they can file complaint, some walked off the job and were asking me for money directly) many of them are not fit to perform the jobs adequately and he tacts on additional material cost and labor costs. What seems like a great quote turns out to be more headache and ends up costing you lost of money. I would highly encourage you to stay away. He is not a professional and is not what he seems. After waiting over a month for our detailed estimate we decided not to use him. When we asked for our deposit back that he signed for, he said what deposit.



This guy is a crook and should be reported to the State Licensing Board to have his licenses removed.

This company is BS and contractor is liar and thief! Pictures are fake, reviews about the contractor doing great work is such lie!!! This contractor can't be trusted not a professional in anyway and surely he is no engineer... don't waste your time or money with these guys.

Siatista redid my kitchen about four months ago- put in a new tiled back-splash, installed new cabinets and countertop. I love the work they did- very professional and fast.
