First off I NEVER ever write reviews for anything- possibly the first time here so this should say a lot in itself.



First I want to address the buyer beware review. While I respect each person's views and each person has their own personal reasons to say the things they say- I basically disagree with the entire post.



Next my own personal experience thus far after about 3 months with Dr.Phan and his office.



I have been suffering from back pain for almost 5 years. My journey for treatment has taken me many seen (and "unseen") places. I have had numerous treatment experiences both online and in person.



Pain treatment can basically be broken down into two categories in my experience and opinion.

1. Express diagnosis- A quick way to get pills or other medications without any real personal care from the doctor. "Pill Mills" and other related are also in this category

2. In person treatment that are not just a factory for writing perscriptions- FULL RANGE of treatment.



Dr. Phan falls into this category. I will say out of the many Doctors I have seen he is the one so far that actually PERSONALLY cares about your treatment. You may be surprised when you first see him as he is relatively speaking- young for a Doctor but you will soon find out he is a Professional in every way.

His office is clean- his staff are are ALL very friendly- it's a bit busy in there at times but this is a testament in my opinion.

I have seen in person.



Google Dr.Hector Molina- I was a patient of his. The buyer beware post should have been written for that type of office. This is NIGHT and DAY.



There is a range of treatment methods that you can choose from and as long as you have descent insurance your out of pocket is minimal.



Bottom line- you want a pill mill or a online Doctor you see once a month to to get it out of the way then maybe you don't come here.

If you want full treatment and proper care- come here.

I would say BEWARE!!!! This clinic has only been here since November and though your initial impression might be alright it is a sham. They have one thing in mind MONEY....they do not care about the patient as a person at all. They had a woman in there the day I went that they could not get awake from the spinal injection procedure and this was alarming. They also will get very upset and rude towards you if you have to reschedule or change appointments. On the surface and in the beginning it look legit but, wait till it's time for visit 2 and you will see what i mean.

I was pleasantly surprised about this facility. This was my first time to see a pain management doctor and I was nervouse and really was not sure about the whole thing. The Doctor is amazingly freindly, knowlegable and well-mannered. He made me feel comfortbale and seemed to be truly concerned about my care. The staff was also extremely freindly and treated me not only as a patient but, as a customer as well. Gia is awesome!!! I think physicians offices sometimes forget we are paying customers as well. This place deserves 6 Stars!!!!!!
