        They did warranty repair work for my new dishwasher. Came when they said they would and the machine is now working. I'm happy.

        I wanted to use a local repair shop when my stove stopped working. These guys (Dolan's) are right around the corner from my house, so I thought they'd be perfect. They charged me $70 to come out and look at my stove; they called the next day with the price to make the repairs, which I accepted. And then I never heard from them again. Ultimately, I just decided to get a new range.
