At the recommendation of our neighbor, I went to their website and requested an estimate. Within the hour, I got a phone call. An hour later a technician arrived with the garage door opener I wanted. Two hours later the opener was installed, door adjusted and my wife's car was programmed. Prior to arrival we got a text message with a picture of the technician and his resume.
