Karnation

I have shopped here many times and have had great service until today. In the past, I have purchased things that I didn't really like or use after purchase but I understood their return policy and why. I spent over $250 for items for a cruise with my husband and during the cruise, an $80 item didn't work. I took the item back in just days after I returned from my cruise and they confirmed that the item was defective. They refuse to refund me and even called the manager who refused as well. Worst service ever! Save your time and money and order online!!!

KARNATION HAS COME A LONG WAY. THEY HAVE THE MOST FRIENDLY STAFF AND CARRY NICER THINGS THEN I HAVE EVER SEEN BEFORE IN THERE. I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE AND FOUND WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR PLUS MORE. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
