        My family recently stayed at the Best Western Hotel in Alton for a funeral. On Sunday when my brother left the hotel he left a plant that was sent to the service for my Mother. He asked my sister-in-law to check that same evening to see if they had kept the plant when they cleaned. They told us that they had thrown it away. I went back on Monday and spoke with the general manager Kris Leman and she also said that. We talked for awhile and she said that she would check to see if by chance someone had saved it and would get back with me. Kris was a very professional person and very polite. She understood our greif that we had lost a plant from our Mothers funeral and was trying to be very helpful. The next day she called me and they did have the plant and I went to pick it up. The hotel is a very clean, nice place to stay and I would recommend to anyone to stay there. Thank you Kris for your help.
