I take all three of my babies here. The staff is very friendly and it's obvious that they all love animals. The prices are very reasonable. I read the other review about the injury and I just don't believe it. The young lady that shaved my lab/golden mix was very amiable and has dogs of her own. Don't believe she would injure one and try to deny it. I believe it to be a scam.
Took my Yorkie in for a good bath. She also needed her nails, hair on her paws and her ears trimmed. When we got her back to the office, we realized her ear has a chunk missing out of the side. We called Dog Wash Cafe and left a voice mail requesting them to call us back about the injury to her ear and why they did not notify us.
I took my dog back to show the owner. She gave me my money back. She kept asking what she could do to make me happy. All I asked is for her to terminate the groomer who disfigured her ear. The owner said I was being unreasonable. She offered me a free grooming and a bottle of dog shampoo. Seriously??

GROOMERS BEWARE!!! This woman is a nutcase. She claims my groomer cut the ear, but this was not possible. It was obviously an old injury and it took her 5 days to complain. We never received the so called phone call. Traci also tried to bribe me for $1500 or she would slander my company on the internet. It is interesting that she is so concerned, but her dog had a price. Traci tried to attack my groomer and I had to jump between them. We were forced to file a police report against her. If she enters my shop, she will be arrested. My attorney told me that this is a new scam going on with many grooming shops. Do not agree to groom her dog.
