Buyers beware of Boston foreign motors. Terrible dealership

I had a very bad experience with them. I bought my 2010 rav4 from Boston foreign motors on Jan 2013.

Advertisement was one owner car with NO ACCIDENTS and they provided a CLEAN carfax which does not have any accident report. During this time I have to follow up with Boston foreign motors several times to get things done as they promised.



I recently tried to sell my car, I went to a nearby dealership. They took the car fax and they told my car was involved in an accident which I don’t know. I was totally shocked.

As per carfax report, my car was involved in an accident 11/2011 which is not shown when I bought this car in Jan 2013.

When I bought the car, Boston foreign motors provided a clean carfax which does not have any accident report in it. I don’t know how they covered it.

It looks like this dealership is doing this kind of nasty things previously also. Boston foreign motors sell cars which has accidents with a Very good car condition price.

Think twice before buying car from Boston Foreign Motors.

Recently bought a car from BFM and was very satisfied with their work. The sales consultant was really helpful throughout the process, always willing to help with any of my requests. The car was in excellent condition as promised and offered at a great price. After buying the car I had to wait to get a parking spot and couldn't pick it up until couple weeks later. They were able to accommodate this and kept the car for me during the waiting period. Everything went smoothly, the car was ready to go on the day of pick up and has been an amazing ride for me. Couldn't ask for a better deal, I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for their next favorite sport car, or any car at all.

I recently spent a lot of time looking for a pre owned vehicle to purchase. I decided that the Infiniti EX35 was the car I wanted. After doing research on Cars.com, and autotrader, I came across Boston Foreign Motor. There vehicle was priced much better then other dealerships in the area, even ones with the same mileage and options. I went in and test drove a 2008 EX35 and loved it. It was exactly what I expected. The car was very clean when I went in, and in great condition like they listed on the website. The salesman I worked with was very nice, and everyone at the dealership made me feel comfortable. I was not pressured into buying a car, they left it completely up to me. Now I do not have the best credit in the world, but they were able to get me approved, and at a lot better interest rate than I thought. I picked the car up two days later and have been extremely pleased with my purchase. I have already recommended them to friends and family because it was by the far the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. very happy with my experiences @ BFM, i dont usually write reviews but i have always been treated so kindly with much respect here. i just purchased my second car from bfm last week and again very happy ! small office but very great selection of cars and very competitive prices, staff are very knowledgeable managers milad and mani also very down to earth people, if your looking for a car i highly recommend to check out this dealer and find out for yourself! felt like i need to share this since they arent many used car dealers around that you could trust. i will def go back to Boston foreign motor in future for my next car.

I had a 2006 Honda civic & in 2010, it started to give me a lot of problems i couldn't keep up with. I decided to start my search for a new vehicle & spent weekends going to different car dealerships, which i had thought would make this process for me smooth, but only to find that the salesman from these big name dealers are total vultures looking to get an easy commission off of me being that i am a female & would be trading in.



And then i found Boston Foreign Motors. i had never felt such at ease and trusted salesman, as i have with them. Milad showed me a few vehicles i was interested in, went over a budget with me (which other salesman wouldn't even care. they want to sell you the biggest $ for their purposes only), made sure i was comfortable with my monthly payments, and not to mention gave me the highest amount for my trade in. & lets remember.. i am a female, clueless about this whole process. never did i feel he was trying to jip me, or play me for a fool. He made sure i understood everything and made sure i was comfortable with everything.



i traded in my 2006 Honda civic for a beautiful PRE-OWNED 2008 Acura tsx (full package navi, sunroof the full 9 yards). its now 2012 and i haven't even needed to bring my car to a mechanic. i get my regular oil change maintenance when needed and that's all.



since, i have referred numerous people to Boston foreign motors, and each one has had the same experience as i have and are just as happy if not more (as they have purchased higher brands (BMW) with their purchase.



they work with people regardless of your credit, your trade in... they are willing to bend over backwards for you and get the vehicle you deserve.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!! Just bought my 3rd car from Boston Foreign Motor. These guys are Super PROFESSIONAL and great people. I always check their website since quality cars with UNBEATABLE prices stands out!! Called them and arranged a test drive with Sean. Went there and fell in love with the car. Got what i needed to get for my trade. Very fare!! Saved hundreds of dollars in taxes!! Their financing options are one of the best I’ve ever seen. Their finance manager Milad approved me within minutes with one of their major banks with an exceptionally low rate. Did not expect that rate at all (1.9%). The factory warranty on the car was expiring soon, decided to purchase extended warranty which has been extremely worthy to me since used it on my previous cars that I purchased from them. Financed it. Very affordable. Thank you Boston Foreign Motor specially Sean and Milad with your great customer service before and after the sale!! Good luck and see you guys in a couple of years!!

I have purchased a few cars from Boston Foreign Motor over the years, and made my most recent purchase of a Mercedes ML350 just a couple of weeks ago. I have to say, they have always been a pleasure to work with. Never had any issues with professionalism at all. It is sad to see that the majority of the people which have had good experiences never review, but only the ones that have had an issue. I would and have recommended Boston Foreign Motor to many, and will continue to turn to them when its time for my next car!

I bought a car from Boston Foreign Motors, in June 2011. And I can honestly say this, DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

Along with the car, they insisted that we purchase the extended warranty through them. We trusted them and went as they recommended. This year (almost after a year) I called the warranty company because I had an issue with the car and came to find out that the warranty did not even exist. I spoke to Shaun, the sales person there and then to the owner Milat, however they both insisted that I did not buy the warranty, when I clearly have the warranty papers in my hands. After going back and forth.. Milat finally confessed that he had forgotten to put the warranty in the system and that he would do it that day. However I had to wait two weeks to file a claim. Milat was supposed to call us back to confirm and never did. My husband and I called him many times and each time ..we were told that he was either not in the office or away from his desk. It was at that moment my husband and I decided to confront him in his office When confronted, Milat asked us to leave his office and that he would not help us. I told him the reason why we were so upset was because I have an infant that I need to take to the doctor pretty often for check ups and that I was concerned that the car might be unsafe to drive. He showed no remorse and ordered us to leave his office. He clearly told us that he would not help us. We are considering taking him to the court.

Scammers who take advantage of consumers and sell them cars that look good to the eye, but are really JUNK!!!

They altered paperwork and forged my name so they could up my loan that was supposed to be $9,500 to $14,000!!!! The Attorney General's Office is taking the case.....there loan holders want nothing to do with what they did and came clean with us and said "we noticed there was "problems" with the loan paperwork" and they DO NOT want there name tied into crooked loans and such.
