The food is excellent and the service is great. I have been there several times and have always been very satisfied

Horrible experience very rude Manger. Hard cold bread at first had to send back and pieces of meat in what was suppose to be marinara sauce basically called a liar by the very unprofessional manager who brought the exact same dish back out to me I will never go back

Was excited for the building to reopen. Finally made it there last week. Our waitress acted like she could care less that we were there. I will not go back.

The pizza was good, fairly priced. I wasn't a big fan of the bread but my 1 year old son devoured two baskets. Service was great! Accidentally brought my husband a beer and gave it to him on the house for the mistake. The bus boy ran out after us in the cold to bring us the carry out we forgot... Thanks again!

My husband and I ate here on Saturday night. We rarely go out, and this restaurant reminded us why... Right off the bat, a man who was dressed like a waiter told us that the kitchen was backed up about an hour. Did I mention this "waiter" was wearing a lions baseball cap? And yes, he does work there. It took 10 minutes for someone to take our drink order. My husband ordered a beer. We were told there was only budweiser on tap. So that's what he got. Then the waiter comes back and says there's only bud light. So my husband agreed to that. We look at the bar and there are all kinds of waitstaff back there pouring their own drinks. There was no bar tender.. Not to mention, the other waitresses were pulling handles other than bud light. So yes, there were other beers on tap but our waiter only wanted to deal with bud light? It took about 30 minutes for our food. My calamari was "double dipped". Meaning it was cooked ahead of time then tossed back in the fryer to warm it up. (I worked in the food industry for 12 years) my husbands mostaccioli was nothing but some poorly drained noodles with a blob of "home made meat sauce" on top. It was bland and disgusting. There was no cheese on it as described in the menu. They also failed to give him the bread as promised. And the thing is, when we confronted the waiter about it, he even said there was supposed to be cheese on it. . Then why did he take it to our table if he knew it was incomplete? We asked to have it taken off our bill. I put my meal in a to go box and we left. These people need training. The chef needs to be replaced. You don't open a restaurant until you bar is fully stocked (with a bar tender!). Your waitstaff should know each dish I've the back of their hand. This place is going to fail horribly unless these people are trained better. There was no direction. There was a lot more going on, but I really don't care to type it all.

Phoned at 4pm Saturday 10-25th, 2014 - no answer. Don't know if they are open for biz yet - or if they are evening hours only. They really ought to put a customer service oriented greeting on their voice mail prompt . Signed, Loyal & Longterm Allen Park resident hunting for a new bistro.
