Very enjoyable experience. My sales associate Misha Andrews was very helpful, informative, and quick to follow up with pricing and availablility for the vehicle i was looking to purchase. my overall experience with her was wonderful. my only complaint was with the finance dept. being so slow when I came in to purchase the vehicle and sign paperwork. I would definately recommend Jerrys Ford to friends and family and look forward to workind directly with Misha in the future.

Recently took my daughters old ford escort to get some service and found that repairing it was just not the best course of action so I decided to trade it in on a new or used vehicle.

I was in the process of looking for a new car. I sent out a query to the Ford dealerships in the area. I got a response from Jerry's Ford (Alexandria, VA). The email was from Angel Gammons. I went ahead and set-up the appointment. I showed up at the appointed time. Since Angel knew what I wanted, he proceeded to show me what I had in mind. I like the fact that he did not waste my time. He was very knowlegeable of the product and very patient (not that I was asking for a lot). I made my selection and he went on to describe the features that came with the vehicle and answered the questions that I have raised. I mentioned that I would like to see a different color and he mentioned right away that there is a metallic gray in stock. I made the decision right then when I saw him pull up with the metallic gray vehicle.

I was in the market for a new Ford Focus and got financed through a buying service with my auto insurance carrier which eliminated the price haggling. I chose Jerry's Ford because they were the first to call. Angel Gammons was knowledgeable about the car and the features I wanted. He was pleasant and very respectful. The process was painless and I was able to drive away that day with my new Ford Focus SEL. I also was impressed with the calls and emails to check on my satisfaction with the Jerry's experience.I like being able to call or email a PERSON not just a department. Last but not least I'm impressed with the Service Department. Everything is orderly and CLEAN!!!

I had my Explorer service for an air bag light on warning on the dash board. The service rep was very helpful the issue was fixed.

I've purchased four cars from this dealer over the years. The staff is always good especially the service department. I go here even though there's a closer Ford dealer. They aren't nearly as nice as Jerry's Ford.

I felt very comfortable working with our assigned sales guy, Mohammed (Mo). He was very helpful and I felt the price they traded my car for as well as the price of the F150 was priced very well. They were very welling to work with me and get the truck at a price we could afford! I would highly recommend.

I went into Jerry's Ford to have a recall item addressed and to have a 40,000 mile checkup. Everyone I dealt with in the service department were very nice and answered all of my questions. I would recommend others using this location for service.

My wife recently purchased a 2014 mustang from jerry's Ford. We knew what we wanted (from doing research online) before she got there and after taking a test drive and completing the paperwork, she was on her way in less than 1.5hrs! Serving my Ford Fusion Hybrid at Jerry's is a breeze, as it has been for now my third car purchased at Jerry's. My service advisor, Bill, is excellent. I like the shuttle to and from the Metro- very convenient. They are always on time with repairs and on the estimate, too.
