        I have had great Luck with CPM

        I saw a disgruntled comment and had to add my 2 cents. We have had to get 2 different braces for different injuries in my family and got both at CPM. Both experiences were great. Tito took the time to understand our needs as athletes and got braces that worked for us and our budgets. We've shown the ACL brace to others with similar injuries and they have gone out and requested the same brace. That is how happy we are with our brace we got through CPM. We had a problem with a brace after a year of HEAVY use and Tito fixed it on the spot. My experience is prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service and willing to take the time to explain options and how to use. I have tried one other Ortho Brace supplier in the last year and am much happier with CPM.

        These people are terrible!! Do not use them

        The staff at this company --including the owner, Andrea are unprofessional and rude. They border on harrassing, lie and cant keep their business straight. After they fail to follow thorugh, they actually call their patients names and hang up on them??? Professional--they should be ashamed. I'd rather suffer with knee issues than to use their equipment. They have hired the most rude and inefficient staff ever and make the employees at the MVD look like gems--don't use their services---you will regret it!!!!
