        rotten rude service once again i ordered my mother who is and has been a long time resident . has had tyhe same mail box for 30+ years.mail is checkjed every day. ups deliveres to you a small package-you mark 811 as the wrong box.then hold package for a week and return to macys. this was a mothers day gift. i have been to your post office and you are rude. where did you hold this so it couldnt be picked up??delivery was may8,2013 .i have had other packages returned also.
