Their intake coordinator was callus and uncaring and acted like she was doing me a favor even talking to me. My family was going though a crisis with one of our children. This experience really stood out as other people we spoke to elsewhere were wonderful. When she said she was a counselor I could not fathom how that could even be.

I would suggest they go elsewhere for therapy where they might find a therapist competent enough not to double book appointments.

I had been fairly satisfied with the services provided for my daughter there, however my wife made an appointment for my young daughter with her therapist at 5PM and with her psychiatrist at 6:30pm. When she arrived for her 5pm appointment the therapist Renee began walking my wife and daughter up the stairs to her office, but before they got to the second floor a teenage girl walked into the building and Renee found that she had double booked the 5PM time. At that point she had the audacity to bring my wife and daughter back downstairs and take the other patient in for the session leaving my wife sitting there with my 6 year old ADHD daughter for waiting for her psychiatrist appointment at 6:30.

If my daughter hadn't had another appointment to wait for it would be one thing, as she could have come home, but instead of taking her, she was forced to wait for 90 minutes in a snowstorm (and we live a distance away so she could not have left and come back).

I find the actions of the therapist extremely unprofessional as well as beyond rude and we now will be looking for a new therapist for my daughter.

I am amazed that due to the therapist's mistake my wife and daughter were unable to see the therapist at their scheduled time and then had to wait for the appointment with my daughter's psychiatrist.
