        Overall

        My 82 year old mom was severely injured by a stop sign running punk. He was 100% at fault and cited He smashed right into her door going 40+ mile per hour and totalled my car and his. Being old is rough and her life spiralled into a nightmare after the accident. She became nearly 100% immobile and lost her independence due to the accident. She trusted Martz and Gailey to go after the negligent driver. They failed my mom big time. Mr. Gailey did say he had a young daughter who was in an accident and his or her insurance company dropped her. The stop sign running punk was a young boy too. I hope Mr. Gailey showed no sympathy towards this punk!! I don't reccommend Martz and Gailey if you've been injured.
