        I ordered my couch 6 weeks ago and was ensured at point of purchase that it would be available mid July (when I needed it by). Sherry informed me that the couch would be here tomorrow (July 20) for my move. On July 19 I received a call saying the couch has not been transferred and will not be delivered until at the earliest the 27th of July. I have to rent out my elevator in my apartment building for a move, so now I am going to have to pay twice to rent out my elevator for the lack of communication and ownership of this store's staff. Sherry lied about the status of my couch and when brought to management's attention, nothing could be done. I have to wait until Monday, July 23, to hear from Lamont (store manager) to see if I will even be compensated for the elevator charges. Beyond disappointed in the lack of concern or urgency this company has for its customers.

        The management of this store is completely unprofessional AND unethical and will not work with the customer once you have made your purchase. They REFUSE to price match as well. Even though their rep made a mistake on the measurements, they refused to take back a piece that did not fit correctly. Multiple attempts to get this store to work with me were to no avail. They simply do not care if you are happy or not once they have your money. Forewarned is forearmed!

        WHEN YOU ORDER FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE CHECK IT OUT REAL GOOD. I BOUGHT A COUCH WITH ELECTRIC RECLINERS AND A BIG TEAR ON THE ARM REST. ALSO RIPS ON BOTH BACK CORNERS OF THE LEATHER COUCH. THE STACY AT THE WAREHOUSE TOLD THE GUY THAT FIXES THE FURNITURE SAID HE COULDN'T SO HE LEFT. I CALLED THE DELIVERY DEPT. BEFORE HE LEFT AND STACY SAID SHE IS A PIECE OF WORK. I WOULD NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. MY RATE FOR THEM IS A 0. I HAVE PAID MORE THAN HALF OF THE BILL AND I WON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO SIT ON. THAT IS WHAT YOU CALL QUALITY. I THINK IT'S RIDICULOUS. UNSATISFIED. VERY
